In McLean, there are plenty of things to do to support local businesses, restaurants and community. See exhibitions of contemporary works of art at The Emerson, Atrium and Ramp Galleries and watch live performances, concerts, and other events at the Alden Theatre or Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. Washington D.C.

You’re spoiled for choice with 10 Smithsonian museums, the National Air and Space Museum, and the National Portrait Gallery to name a few. There’s the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The National Theatre, Ford’s Theatre, and nearly 80 other professional area theaters that stage more than 350 productions annually.

Focus on quiet streets lined with charming houses and stately trees or checkout the lively shops, restaurants, and bars while touring.
