Randy Fowler began his tenure as the Administrator of Vinson Hall and Director of Life Enrichment in 2013.
Born in Washington D.C., he grew up on a farm in Southern Maryland. After serving four years in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist, Randy attended college and graduate school in the Southern United States. He started his work in retirement communities in 1985, and received his first license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Maryland in 1988 and then went on to receive his Virginia license in 2008. As the administrator of Vinson Hall he oversees all the ins and outs of the building including praises and feedback from residents.
Randy is the father of two and the grandfather to three, roles that he loves. He is married to Pam, who is originally from the Philippines. They enjoy traveling to new and exciting places. A lifelong fan of baseball, Randy closely follows the Baltimore Orioles.
Randy likes to do good work, work hard, and help VHRC to be successful. A real team player, Randy doesn’t concern himself with who gets credit for something as long as it benefits the organization.
