With such a wide variety of apartment home sizes and floor plans—ranging from efficiencies to two-bedroom/two-bath units—we can accommodate virtually any need. Each apartment home at Vinson Hall features a full kitchen, including all appliances and a tucked-away, stackable washer and dryer, as well as individual heating and air conditioning control and wall-to-wall carpeting. Some floor plans incorporate a den, and some also feature balconies.
Monthly fees include all utilities, telephone with limited long distance, in-house cable TV, dining room, access to our Health & Wellness center with a registered nurse on staff 24 hours/day, weekly housekeeping, personal training sessions in our fitness center featuring a pool and spa, scheduled bus transportation and courtesy car, maintenance and 24-hour security. Residents may choose between either a non-refundable or 90% refundable entry fee.
- Efficiency Apartment: 418 to 504 square feet.
- One Bedroom/One Bath: 630 to 683 square feet.
- One Bedroom/Two Baths: 836 to 922 square feet.
- Two Bedrooms/One Bath: 836 to 854 square feet (with a balcony).
- Two Bedrooms/Two Baths: 1,048 to 1,272 square feet (with a balcony).
The Vinson Hall expansion includes the addition of 75 new residences ranging in size from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet. Kitchens in the new apartment homes will offer premium features such as under-cabinet lighting, pull out shelves in lower cabinets and granite countertops.
Living space in these homes will feature nine-foot ceilings in all living and bedroom areas as well as vaulted ceilings in top floor living rooms. Crown molding, screened porches and patios in most residences, hardwood flooring in foyer and great room and an optional gas fireplace complete the premium package.
