Through the generosity of our Foundation members, we are able to realize our vision of creating a better future for our residents, as well as other elders and veterans within the community through research, technology application and program development.
In 2011, members of the Navy Marine Coast Guard Residence Foundation stepped up to support our newest initiative, the Wounded Warrior Transitional Housing at Vinson Hall.
This program will ensure that several apartments in Vinson Hall are renovated to serve the needs of younger wounded veterans returning home from war who require residential support in an environment that is well suited to their needs.
The donors listed here were exceptionally generous in 2011, giving more than $1,000 in support of NMCGRF’s mission and the Wounded Warrior Transitional Housing at Vinson Hall.
